The Protector

And there he was, the protector of the forest. For a moment she stood frozen, scared and hopeful.
"If you enter this world, there is no turning back." And without a moment's thought she stepped into the unknown, leaving behind the world as she knew it.
This artwork took weeks again on and off. Mainly because only worked evenings on it and the past week l've been recovering from a surgery. But I'm all goood!

Friendly Companion

Diving through the glowing pond she resurfaced and nothing she knew could have prepared her for what’s now seemingly right in front of her.
But this giant frog is quite a distance away, but its hugeness makes it feel up close.
"Is it sleeping?”, she’s thinking.
Other frogs are seeking refuge on his massive forehead, so it must be friendly.
So she starts to approach.

Rainbow forest defies the laws of gravity and makes you lose any perception of time and space.
On a rainbow tree she encountered a couple of giant gipsy ants. They ask her if she’s lost and if she’d like to join them, as they’re the only species around here knowing the way in and out of the forest. She happily joins in.
